Once a slot is booked, it cannot be cancelled due to natural issues like rain, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

Membership Plans - Non-Cancellable

IMPORTANT: All membership plans purchased are final and non-cancellable. No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal circumstances
  • Health issues
  • Relocation
  • Financial difficulties
  • Weather conditions
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Equipment preferences
  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Any other personal reasons
No Exceptions: This policy applies to all membership plans regardless of the circumstances. Please ensure you are committed to using the membership before making the purchase.

Booking Cancellation Policy

CRITICAL: Once a slot is booked, it cannot be cancelled due to natural issues or personal circumstances. Bookings are final and non-refundable except in specific venue-related situations.

Natural Issues - NO CANCELLATION

The following situations do NOT qualify for cancellation or refund:

  • Rain, storms, or weather conditions
  • Personal health issues
  • Transportation problems
  • Schedule conflicts
  • Change of plans
  • Any other personal circumstances
Venue Issues - REFUND ELIGIBLE

Refunds are ONLY provided for the following venue-related issues:

  • Power failure or electrical issues
  • Equipment unavailability (bats, balls, etc.)
  • Maintenance work or facility repairs
  • Safety concerns or facility closure
  • Staff unavailability due to venue issues

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed for venue-related issues that prevent us from providing the service. Here's our refund policy:

How to Request a Refund

Note: Refunds are only processed for venue-related issues. Personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

  • Refunds for eligible cases are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Group bookings (5+ people) follow the same policy - no exceptions
  • Special events and tournaments follow the same policy - no exceptions
